The building is in the Stella Mares district, here the famous city architecture of Salvador changes in favour of a small constructions which are 2/3 floors high, plunged into the green of the beach which is decorated by coconut palm trees. Stella is the right place to relax after the night " works" (movida) of Salvador, boundless beaches, just delimited by restaurants which are almost on the seashore (barracas), here it is possible to eat fresh fish and to quench your thirst with various "caipirinhas". At the weekend or during the Bahia main calendar festivities, the more modern barracas call the bathers even  after sunset, organizing real good parties. Stella Mares is 40 minutes by bus from the centre  of the city, and 10 minutes from the airport. In this zone there are the essential services : supermarket, shops, automatic teller machine (cash) , internet point.
